An acceptable stay
easy access central location friendly staff helpful information thin wall distant parking poor ventilation
The location allowed easy access to attractions. The staff was friendly. They provided helpful information for navigating the city. Breakfast was adequate at six euros.
The walls were very thin. I could easily hear noise from other rooms. The parking was not close to the premises. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation causing mold on the mirror after showers.

poor lighting dated decor
The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions.
The room felt quite dated and dark. Lighting was poor and the dรฉcor seemed old. There was no duvet, only blankets were provided.

spa shower good location clean room
the room was very clean! the bathroom was a good size with a spa shower i found very refreshing after lots of walking. the breakfast terrace has a nice view too! the location is amazing, near many restaurants
the room looked a little old though.

ineffective air conditioning limited breakfast
The air conditioning was not effective. The room never cooled down enough, even after reporting it to the front desk. the breakfast offered very limited options.. I expected more variety, especially considering the price of the stay.

An Okay Place to Stay
efficient communication helpful staff easy adjustments poor lighting dark decor missing duvets
The staff connected with me via a messaging app. This made communication before my arrival efficient. They handled reservation adjustments with ease. They also provided helpful answers to my questions.
The standard of lighting in the rooms needs improvement. The decor feels very dark. There was only blankets, not duvets provided.
